We have done a lot of fly tying this year and I'm sure you have done your fair share as well. Christmas is right around the corner so we thought it was only fitting that our next bug was super festive and FISHY!  Dubbing Dave is back at the vise today and is breaking down one of his favorite midge patterns for winter fly fishing. Today at Snake River Fly, Dubbing Dave is showing us how to tie a killer midge pattern. The gristle bug is super simple and gets those picky fish to open their lips.
